For a small extra charge we will be more than happy to personalize with your choice of front embroidery, back embroidery, or front and back embroidery. (Prices vary for each embroidery option.) Or you can just select the plain robe robe option and we can send it to you with no personalization at all.

Personalization Note: Traditional monogram order is: First Name Initial, Last Name Initial, Middle Name Initial (the last name initial being in the center and a bit larger). For example, Connie Jean Webster would read: CWJ. We will do the embroidery in the exact order you provide the initials in.
Due to the personalization, these items are final sale if robes are personalized.

We specialize in personalization and custom orders. From embroidered robes and hats with names and company logos. To personalized t-shirts and personalized panties. Please feel free to convo us with your customization questions.
Buyers are responsible for providing all Personalization details so, please double check your order details. If no Font style (located on the photo section of the listing) is provided, we will make selection for you. Personalized items cannot be returned/exchanged.
For our t-shirts we mostly use ladies V-neck or unisex crewneck shirts. Please be mindful of that when placing your order. All measurements are included in the item details. We highly encourage our supporters to double check sizes and measurements prior to purchasing. If you have questions or concerns in regards to sizing please feel free to message us.
Turn inside out. Machine wash cold. Dry on a very low heat or hang dry for rhinestone designs. Do not iron directly on design.
If you'd like to send an item as a gift we're more than happy to include a personalized note and leave out any invoices! Please just include that information in the "notes" section at checkout

We ship all orders via United States Postal Service. First class mail takes an an additional 4-6 business days. We also have two rush shipping options you can choose at checkout. Priority Mail takes 2-4 business days, and Express takes 1-2 business days (Domestic only).
We ship to the "Shipping address" that is used when you checkout. Please be sure the address is correct, or message us immediately to change the address after checkout. We cannot offer refunds if items are mailed to an old/incorrect address in your order. We are not responsible for lost, stolen packages, or delays caused by USPS.
Please send message through ETSY as emails are not checked as frequently. Messages will be responded to ASAP but please allow 24 hours Monday - Friday as we are busy getting orders out during the day. Since we do have kids and busy with them over the weekends our response time over the weekends and major holidays will be a little slower. Sundays is for God and family only.

The quality of the robes are undoubtedly good. The embroidery is beautiful. Biggest issue is the robes are not the color I expected. The picture shows blush like a very light dusty pink. The robes I received are almost yellow. In no lighting could you call it a light pink. They do not match the slippers I ordered in the same color at all (not even the same color family) and I will have to dye them. The color description should be changed to champagne or honey gold instead.

The item was pretty much as expected, though a little shorter than it looked in the photo, and I am pleased with it. I was disappointed with the customer service. The package was marked as delivered on Saturday and yet it was not delivered, and I let the seller know. I also let them know that I was reaching out to my neighbors and trying to find it. On Tuesday, they responded with an abrupt message that it was "out of their control" and I should check with my post office. In the past with shipping issues I experienced, other sellers have contacted the shipper for more information, or at least seemed to care about the situation. Luckily the item was delivered eventually. However, I was disappointed with the seller's response and I will probably not purchase from this shop again.
